Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate meetings with various State Agencies, including the Executive Chamber, and State Legislators
  • Prepare materials and team for client meetings
  • Complete filings and ensure compliance with laws and guidelines
  • Maintain office financial records regarding reimbursements, PAC activity, and operating expenses
  • Maintain billing and invoicing records for clients
  • Ensure optimal operation/function of the office

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior administrative support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
