Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries
Process Evidence of Insurance requests promptly
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing needs are met

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (we'll guide you through the process)
A strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within the industry
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively
Prior experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required
