Position Summary:

The Hospital Site Supervisor provides operational leadership and administrative support across perioperative and patient-facing departments and multiple locations . This role ensures the smooth coordination of services, supports hospital security protocols, and acts as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and leadership. The Site Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, inventory, training, and compliance, while fostering a culture of service excellence and safety.

Required Qualifications:

• Reporting and analytical skills appropriate to job duties described
• Previous experience with product buying and inventory
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated understanding of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and Access
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of UC policies and procedures
