Learn more at . **Responsibilities:** + Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems + HVAC coil cleaning in mechanical room and on roof top + Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults + Perform routine maintenance Install electrical components and wiring + Inspect and test HVAC systems and components + Clean, adjust, and repair systems + Perform warranty services + Provide technical direction and on-the-job training + Keep records of work performed + Perform emergency repairs + Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act **Qualifications:** + E-Verify + Must be eligible to work in the United States + Must be minimum 18 years of age + Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience + Must be able to access tight spaces + Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade + Reliable transportation to and from job sites + EPA Universal + Certification is a plus A criminal background check may be required.
