Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with eight years of experience in information systems. This should include a minimum of four years in a supervisory role overseeing programming or technical support staff. Alternatively, we accept twelve years of relevant experience, with four years in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in the planning, implementation, and administration of at least one or more of our computer network platforms is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with networking protocols, internetworking, Internet use, LAN to WAN communications, and Internet gateways/firewalls. Familiarity with Windows environments, both for workstations and file servers, is also necessary. Additionally, we seek individuals who have experience leading technical teams in selecting and deploying optimal technical solutions across various hardware and software needs.

• In this position, I will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive availability of the technological infrastructure for University Health, which includes storage arrays, networks, servers, and middleware. I will focus on delivering technological solutions that align with the Health System's critical business processes. Part of my role involves managing complex, interdependent projects within a designated timeframe to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of the health system. I will collaborate closely with IT partners to identify and implement technology solutions that meet their goals while overseeing the delivery of IT solutions in line with our overall business strategy. I will also assemble and lead cross-functional teams for project execution, manage all infrastructure-related projects and their budgets, and ensure that licensing, maintenance, and service agreements are accurate and enforced. Additionally, I will direct the activities of the Technical Services staff and maintain a budget for associated cost centers, covering compensation, supplies, software, and hardware. My role includes organizing and scheduling diverse major tasks for the Technical Services team efficiently and promoting the University Health Customer Relations policy.
