Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.  

Employment type: Full-Time - 40+ hours/week.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Overtime: Required to meet business demands.

Location: Brownsville, PA

Summary:

Maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment as promptly as possible to minimize production downtime at our Brownsville, PA location.

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be comfortable working at heights. 
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor component fabrication.
• Electrical knowledge helpful, but not required.
• Use basic hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, impact wrenches, etc.
• Torching and grinding metal.
• Rigging parts and equipment for removal and installation.
• Willing and able to work on heavy equipment when required.
• Knowledgeable on the proper inspection, removal, installation and alignment and lubrication of bearings, gears, belts and chains.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair the following: electrical systems, hydraulic systems, various cylinders, valves, accumulators and pumps used in these systems.
• Work autonomously or act as an effective team member, exhibiting good inter-personal skills.
• Able to communicate with team members as well as non-maintenance personnel. (verbal, written and telephone)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years maintenance experience, preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Strong analytical skills and theoretical background in mechanical systems.
• Industrial mill, crushing, or mining, experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to weld preferred.
