Payroll Analyst job at Solomon Page Tampa, FL, US

Job Description

Our client, a global cosmetics company, is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst to join their team! This will be a mainly onsite role working out of their office in Northwest Tampa. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment!

Role Overview:

Contract Role: 6 months
Pay: $32-36/hr on W2
Schedule: 8am - 5pm onsite, slight flexibility to WFH on occasion

Responsibilities:

Complete monthly posting of regular and fringe payroll expenses
Balance sheet reconciliation for payroll activity
Complete post payroll processing activities
Coordinate tax exemption activities
Processing W2-Cs

Required Qualifications:

Payroll certification is required (CPP or FPC preferred)
Large multi-state payroll processing experience
Extensive experience processing W2-Cs
Payroll adjustments and amendments
