Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Powersports Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for powersports. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles, including UTVs/ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of powersports vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition to provide the best customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle status and service recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Required Silver or Gold Certification for Polaris (Slingshot, UTV & Snowmobile)
• Proven experience as a powersports or automotive mechanic.
• Familiarity with UTVs/ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
