Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
Maintain effective communication among team members and stakeholders
Assist with resource allocation and budgeting processes
Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Support compliance with internal procedures and project standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to shifting priorities
