Description:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of emerging DeFi protocols and products , focusing on Risk Modeling, Mechanism Design, and parameter optimization.
Analyze financial data to draw out insights specific to protocol requirements, leveraging key metrics for various analyses.
Develop and deliver professional reports with organized data for clients and the broader community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our platform.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a solid history of conducting data-driven research.
Proven experience in economic research, risk analysis, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with DeFi space exposure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of compiling and presenting research findings and writing formal research papers.
Team player with the ability to work with clients and internal teams to refine product offerings for DeFi projects.
Proficiency in Python, familiarity with profiling tools and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Knowledge of DeFi protocols, financial markets, and black-swan events.
Experience in writing Python scripts and functions to fetch and normalize data to support research activities.
Proficient in reading and strong understanding of smart contract code.
Comfortable running and modifying Python scripts, and capable of writing basic Python scripts for data fetching and normalization for research purposes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for DeFi and blockchain technology.
Preferred qualifications include experience with smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
Based in NYC with the ability to work from the Brooklyn office.
