Summary

Spend your summer with the Hyatt Regency Seattle Food & Beverage team as our Seasonal Food & Beverage Support Specialist! This position offers an opportunity to expand your current food & beverage experience into various roles across our multiple Hotel outlets, making the most of your summer season:

• Andare Kitchen & Bar | Greeter/Host
• Andare Kitchen & Bar | Barback
• Andare Kitchen & Bar | Food Runner
• Market | Barista

Two unique and distinct dining options for our guests, one incredible summer for you! Andare Kitchen & Bar delivers our guests a quick and efficient Italian-themed dining experience, while providing an environment that is upscale yet casual. Our guests visit our Market for personalized espresso beverages, pastries, freshly prepared sandwiches and salads, hot entrees and more, all while enjoying a fast  grab-n-go style experience, perfect for our guests on the run or who simply want to enjoy a casual offering.

The hourly rate range for this position is $20.76/hour to $26.25/hour. The rate will reflect the corresponding position assigned for that shift, which may include:

• Andare Food Runner | $20.76/hour*
• Andare Barback | $20.76/hour*
• Andare Greeter/Host | $26.25/hour
• Market Barista | $22.00/hour*

(*) This position earns additional compensation from gratuities and tips given at the guest’s discretion to the Andare serving team, as well as service charges on applicable orders.

• Full-Time Colleagues:

Qualifications

Please be prepared to join our team at the start of our summer season, approximately mid-May to early June, with the expectation to spend the summer with us through July, August, and as much of September as feasible. Our team is prepared to discuss your summer availability with you! As well, we look for the following qualifications in our candidates:

· True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

· Refined verbal communication skills

· Ability to be on your feet throughout the duration of your shift

· Must have open availability including weekends, holidays, morning/afternoon/evenings

· Previous restaurant experience or previous customer service experience preferred

· MAST/Food Handler’s Cards required
