The Surveillance Operator’s main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets.
Responsibilities:Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
Operates all surveillance equipment and computers
Ensures compliance with applicable gaming regulations and company policy
Reports violations to immediate Surveillance Shift Manager for further investigation
Performs other related duties as assigned
Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic
Utilize necessary equipment, to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property
Previous surveillance experience preferred
Must possess a valid CER or Gaming credential or be eligible to obtain such credentials from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement
