Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Location Yuma, AZ :

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organize office files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Coordinate schedules using Outlook Calendar, managing appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
  • Perform general office duties, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.70 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
