Job description Summary: Over-all supervision of the transportation team, providing stellar service to our guests and team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Scheduling of the team and updating changes for the business's needs. Maintaining payroll and submitting in a timely manner. Staying informed of groups' needs for transportation. Assists passengers to enter and leave car, holds umbrellas in wet weather, and loads and unloads baggage and luggage. Makes overnight drives and extended trips requiring irregular hours. Keeps car clean, polished, and in operating condition. Drive Island and Golf shuttles routes. Drive airport, train, bus, etc. Arrivals and departures. Drive guests tours. Drive Sagamore shuttles for shopping, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, rafting, etc. Deliver and pick up messages, faxes, packages, etc. throughout the resort. Clean and wash vehicles. Operates radio or similar devise to communicate with base station or other vehicles. Other duties may be assigned. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Range from $21-$23 an hour Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift - Day shift/Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift and Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
