* Short & Long Term Disability * Vacation * Personal Time Off * Sick Leave * Holiday Pay * Employee Discounts Responsibilities * Write up Repair orders, look up recalls, follow up on parts orders, track completed repairs and assist Manager. * schedule Mobile Service appointments, call customers and various tasks related to Mobile customer service. * Communicate directly with Used Car technician and Management team to facilitate repairs and maintenance on our lot vehicles. * Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Qualifications * 2 years of Automotive service experience preferred * High school diploma or equivalent, Ford Certification a plus but not a necessity * Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies * Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve * Enjoy working in a dynamic environment * Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively * Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures and specifications * Valid FL driver's license and clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
