Are you looking for a virtual assistant role where you feel truly appreciated? We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team! This full-time, remote position runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and offers great benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do:
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting healthcare operations by:
✅ Extracting vaccine information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
✅ Assisting with scheduling and tracking pending lab work, immunizations, and referrals
✅ Supporting Telehealth registration and triage
✅ Helping patients prepare for procedures and referrals
✅ Obtaining pre-certification authorization codes for diagnostic procedures
✅ Scheduling appointments with internal providers
✅ Completing clerical and clinical tasks within EHR systems
✅ Participating in care gap closure projects
✅ Providing backup support for patient-centered representatives
✅ Operating paging/telephone systems when needed
✅ Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
✅ Accurately updating patient demographic information
✅ Attending mandatory training and staff meetings
✅ Performing additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We're Looking For:
✔ Education: High school diploma (or GED) required
✔ Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a medical setting
✔ Skills:

Strong ability to interact with people compassionately and effectively
Ability to gather necessary information and make independent decisions
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Proficiency in typing at least 60 words per minute
Bilingual candidates are a plus (but not required!)
