Work From Home | Full Time Job Summary We are looking for Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team! The right candidate will be motivated, confident, ambitious, have integrity and goal oriented with a desire to run their own agency. Day-to-day tasks will include attending our agency huddles, developing client relationships and providing policy solutions that best meet our clients’ needs. Job Type: * Full Time | Part Time Pay: * $90,000 - $160,000 per year - Commission Only Schedule: * Set your own schedule - typical is Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday. Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Responding to requests from new clients
  • Set appointments,
  • Write applications with easy-to-use online tools
  • Build a rapport with these clients utilizing the Zoom platform or via telephone.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Attending Zoom training.
  • Attend Agency Huddles
Qualifications
  • License in Life and Health -we will walk you through the process of obtaining a license
  • Coachable- ready to learn and grow as an agent
  • Committed- able to follow the system set in place for learning, activity and plugging in
  • Ready to work- grind is real, you get out of this opportunity equal to the effort you put in.
  • Team player- ready to help others when needed
  • Excellent communication- open communication lines with leadership, teammates and clients
