Job Description

We have an immediate need for a reliable Administrative Assistant for a position working with a non-profit organization that provides essentials to kids in the Los Angeles area. This is a wonderful company to work for and directly assists the community!

About the role:
  • Provide direct support to the events team.
  • Provide general support in warehouse environment
  • Go through written inventory.
  • Keeping detailed counts of physical inventory
  • Light calendaring using Google suite.
  • Email correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with bundling gift bags (bundling clothing, correctly tagging items, stuffing backpacks with school supplies, making hygiene kits, etc.)
  • Fulfill donation orders
  • Help package donations
  • Other duties as assigned
About the candidate:
  • MS Office
  • Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 25lbs all day
  • Strong communicator
  • Organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Office and Warehouse Experience
  • Inventory management
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Desired personality traits and skills: Detail oriented to accurately input inventory into system, pay attention to detail, organization, work in a fast-paced environment and reliability.
