**Qualifications:**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ The candidate must be pursuing a PhD degree in Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant engineering discipline
+ US Citizenship required
+ 6+ months of experience in device physics simulations
+ 6+ months of experience in the development of electro-photonic integrated circuits and systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in research related to high-performance optical communications e.g., modulators, or drivers.
+ Experience in research related to electro-photonic integration and optimization, or a related topic.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$63,000.00-$166,000.00
